Third Party Billing

Third Party Billing is a service provided by Bill servicing, a division of Bankcard Associates, that manages electronic bill collection for municipalities. This includes Credit Cards, Debit Cards and ACH transactions. Bill Servicing charges a fee on each transaction to the payee to cover the processing fess assessed by the card brands. This eliminates all fees that a municipality would pay if not using Third Party Billing. Seventy-five percent of our customers today use Bill Servicing Third Party Program.
